UNDP Disha campaign targeted key stakeholders to highlight the impact of woman’s skill building initiatives and showcase stories of empowerment and economic independence.


Developed a year-long communications campaign to amplify impact through strategic, multi-platform storytelling.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was to effectively reach relevant stakeholders and raise awareness among government bodies, donors, corporations, and UN agencies.

THE SOLUTION
The solution was to develop a clear communication strategy, including language, tone, and a targeted social media campaign to engage stakeholders effectively. A targeted social media campaign, Sahi Disha, was developed to showcase the impact of the Disha Project in enhancing women’s employability and skill development. The campaign used human interest stories, newsletters, and outreach materials to highlight real-life transformations.
Content was disseminated across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, engaging key stakeholders, including government bodies, donors, corporate partners, and UN agencies, to amplify the project’s reach and influence.
